Same Day Appointments

We understand that an illness or injury can occur at anytime, therefore, we are proud to offer limited same day appointments. These appointments are filled on a "first come, first serve basis".  Please call our office as soon as possible to schedue your appointment.

Please be advised, we are not a walk-in clinic, and that it may be suggested you go to an urgent care if you cannot be seen urgently.

Please call (760) 360-1000 to make an appointment.

Medication Refills

As your primary care physician, it is important that we maintain current records of your medication.

We recommend the following guidelines to be followed to ensure that you do not run out of your medications:

  • Your physician will prescribe enough medicine to last you until he/she needs to see you again.  Once you start your last refill, it is time to call our office and schedule an appointment.  Please do not let your medicine run out.

  • To maintain a high level of care, your physician will not phone-in antibiotic medications without a physical examination.

  • Refills on controlled substances can only be provided by your primary care physician and must be obtained in person at our office.

  • Prescription refills will be handled during regular business hours - please allow 48hours for refills to be approved. Requests received after business hours will be handled the next business day.

Forms Completion

A form completion fee of $25.00 exclusive of office evaluation/treatment fees may be required for any official medical forms, including but not lmited to: FMLA, California State disability, school physicals (not including sports physicals) and DMV handicap parking applications.

Late Appointments

If you are late for your appointment by more than 15 minutes, you have missed your appointment and may be subject to our "no-show" fee. We will attempt to schedule you for the next available appointment. If you are late for three appointments, you may be dismissed from the practice. If you are running late, please call us.

Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy

Please be courteous, and provide 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients. If 24-hour notice is not given you may be charged a fee to cover the physician and staff time allotted for your appointment. If you no-show two appointments per year, you may be dismissed from the practice.
